CRS305-1G-4S+IN
The CRS305 is a little but powerful switch with four SFP+ ports that can each handle up to 10 Gbit of data. The gadget contains two DC connectors for redundant power and a 1 Gbit copper ethernet connection for management access or regular traffic forwarding. For silent operation, the gadget has an extremely thin and small metallic chassis without any fans.
The device offers a “Dual boot” capability that lets you select between RouterOS or SwOS as your operating system. Use SwOS if you’d rather have a streamlined operating system with solely switch-specific functions. Leverage RouterOS if you want your CRS to be able to use routing and other Layer 3 functionalities. From RouterOS, SwOS, or the RouterBOOT loader settings, choose the preferred operating system.
